QMS Insight Ltd. was formed in January 2014 by our Managing Director, Mr Drew McCoubrey. He originally founded the business in 2007 as QM Systems, which evolved into QMS Insight Ltd.
Initially, we started as a reseller for the multi award winning 123insight software, but soon expanded to take advantage of Drew’s knowledge and expertise which we now also offer to clients.
The reason for the expansion was simply because of the demand from clients for Drew’s previous experience as the former Cadcam Manager in Bombardier Aerospace, Belfast, N. Ireland.
It was within Drew’s various CADCAM roles spread over 22 years that he learnt how to utilise and apply new advanced IT technology to transform the traditional “older” manual processes into modern day advanced processes using Shop Floor Data Systems, Stock Control Systems, CNC Programming and Nesting Systems and advanced MRP/ERP Systems.
QMS Insight can now offer this vast experience to potential clients to help them modernise their management systems to achieve successful outcomes in the most efficient manner which has resulted in us working on projects across the globe from England, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, USA and Mexico.
We pride ourselves in being able to assess and quickly understand fully what the customer requirements are on a project and then offer impartial advice on the most cost effective method of gaining the best result for the customer - this could range from selecting and implementing a CADCAM system to a CNC Programming solution that can be integrated into an ERP solution.
We also offer full training and support in addition to help maintain the benefits and savings to the client.
